Following an acquisition, the client planned to close 28 entities globally to reduce the overheads of hiring local HR and finance teams to take care of the local employment of the workers they had in country. They did however have key talent in these geos that they wanted to keep working but through a more cost-effective solution given their strategy.
The Solution
Penta employed resources in these locations, offering a flexible fully compliant workforce solution for over 400 resources within 2 months. At times, Penta had as little as 10 days to get resources onboarded. Our teams ensured resources were led through the process, taking admin out of the client’s hands. We have since supported with ongoing resource support to ensure that workers are compliant, paid on time and supported from a local perspective.
