The management buyout sees the current leadership team increase its ownership stake in the company, reinforcing its commitment to Penta's long-term vision, its People, valued Clients and Penta’s global community of deployed Professionals. The transaction enables a smooth transition while preserving the culture, values and strategic direction that have underpinned the company's success over the last 28 years.
The management buyout represents a natural progression for the business, with the existing directors and senior leadership team stepping up to lead Penta's next phase of expansion.
