As we near the festive break in the UK and around much of the world, the Penta Consulting team would like to wish everyone a happy, safe and peaceful holiday period.
We also approach the end of the calendar year, which always provides an opportunity to reflect on the past 12 months. 2025 has been an incredible chapter in the history of our business. In fact, it’s the most successful year Penta Consulting has had in 27 years of operation.
This has only been possible through the hard work of our truly amazing internal team and our dedicated and outstanding global resources representing us every day on the ground in over 87 countries. This is, of course, in addition to the trust from our clients, suppliers and partners.
The year has been filled with recognition from both inside and outside our industry, strategic global expansion and a doubling down on our corporate social responsibility and community-commitments.
We recently announced financials for the 2025 financial year to be our best on record. Further, demonstrating the growth of Penta Consulting, the business has opened two new offices in 2025.
The first is in Doha, which marked a return to the Qatari market after a six year absence from having a physical office location in the country. This new physical presence will optimise costs and expand capabilities for existing clients while facilitating localised commercial agreements for new partners.
We also opened an office in Italy, enhancing our presence across EMEA as well as signalling enhanced capabilities within Italy itself.
The business has also grown significantly in Latin America as a result of client demand due to market maturation of LatAm’s digital sector and the investment in the region.
Penta Consulting was honoured by His Majesty King Charles III when he awarded Penta Consulting with the King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade 2025, one of the most distinguished honours for UK businesses. The award recognised Penta’s exceptional growth in international markets and its proven ability to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions across the globe.
More recently, the official presentation of the award was made at Penta Consulting’s Epsom office. The business was presented with the King’s Award by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey Michael More-Molyneux, with other guests including:
The King’s Awards for Enterprise were previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise and were renamed two years ago to reflect His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II by recognising outstanding UK businesses.
Penta Consulting is the only business in our sector to have now been honoured three times with these prestigious accolades.
Penta Consulting was recognised as one of the UK’s fastest growing privately-owned businesses in 2025. Achieving the level of growth required to make this list, particularly in challenging global trading conditions, is a huge testament to the hard work, ambition, and resilience of our incredible global team. It also wouldn’t have been possible without the trust and collaboration of our valued clients and candidates.
We were awarded International Business of the Year at the 2025 London Business Awards. Penta was also awarded Overall Winner among all finalists. We were privileged to enjoy this success at a ceremony celebrating the hard work, ingenuity and innovation of London businesses.
At the 2025 TIARA Awards Penta Consulting was named as Growth Company of the Year and UK Specialist of the Year (Over £20M). As an industry-focused awards, this was incredibly rewarding to be recognised within the sector.
In addition to awards that recognise our work, we are equally proud of our listing as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work. This reflects the work we’ve put in to building and maintaining our internal culture during a period of rapid growth. Penta Consulting is committed to build a workplace environment where everyone is happy, comfortable and able to perform at their best. As a business we have always been proud to have developed talent from within and have far stronger retention and average tenure length than the industry norm.
